How do you verify kasambahay?
Government ID via PSA, NBI and barangay clearance, medical certificate, and we call references ourselves. Every check and its date is listed on the profile.
What does a 96% match mean?
A weighting of skills, salary, distance, language, availability and stay-in preference. It's a rule, not a verdict — so you can always see which factors made it up.
Can I filter by gender or age?
That's never a filter on people. If a job genuinely requires it — say, a room shared with two young girls — it's written into the job post and shown to the worker. It's only a soft signal in matching.
